Frame of Agronomic cultivators

Fixed / folding / double folding chassis or integrated trolley for large widths allowing better maneuverability on the road.
Respected road gauge with integrated lights and signaling.
Double Boom with guiding cylinders. The frame can accommodate fertilizers and localized spraying
Guidance interface allows you to switch from one hoe to another.
The only lubrication points are the folding cylinders and the H of the autoguiding movement. Possibility of a front hoe.

Elements
No maintenance.
The elements have independent parallelograms, with sealed ball bearings for maximum precision and longevity.
Quick and easy adjustment.
The working depth is adjustable via a crank with a non-slip wheel
The PE – HD 1000 leaf protectors are articulated on a parallelogram for following the soil surface, while respecting the plants.
They can be retracted without any tool while remaining on the element.
The pulled side discs can also be retracted without any tool.
Mounted on ball bearings, they allow pre-cutting along the sowing strip in order to avoid, in hard soil, up root of young plants.
Forced digging (optional) is available for extremely dry conditions.
Raising up of each section (manually or by GPS)
The machines are predisposed to receive all catalog options and available by GPS.

The equipment of shares and tines is different depending on type of crop.

3 types of camera are available on Agronomic hoes.
The cameras can be equipped with LEDs to work at night. For optimal precision, it is possible to place one on each side of the hoe. –

MK4 HD Camera Class
• Automatic guiding by mean of furrow followed, by pneumatic wheel and electro-hydraulic control.
• Autoguiding by mean of sensors for certain crops (e.g. corn)
• GPS auto-guiding: available with row-by-row GPS reading.
A large choice of automatic guiding is available.
It is possible to put 2 autoguides for versatility and the machine is always delivered with a seat.
Elements and options
2 self-activated rubber stars per row facing each other, driven by metal fingers with 2 cm of crossing to properly weed in the row (from the 4 true leaf stage to the 10 leaf stage for sugar beets)
Adjustable in height and laterally.
Speed: between 6 and 10 km/h.
Tine harrows: 4 double weeders per row.

in rear center position.
Adjustable ridging discs to cover weeds at the base and reinforce corn growing
Localized spraying: DPAE spraying, PTO or electric pump, 300 liter tanks. 2 nozzles per row adjustable in height and inclination.
Fertilization located on the row:
• granular (storage hopper with spline distribution, mechanical)
• or liquid (DPAE), placed in the ground by burying coulter.

Remarks about our hoes
For self-guided by wheel cultivators, a marking disc is fitted as standard on the hoe under the seat frame
The trace auto-guidance is only available with a minimum interval of 35 cm at the level of the trace wheel passage
